Dr. Qian Liu is an ARC DECRA Fellow, and his research interests are emerging organic semiconductors for functional electronic devices. His expertise is to manipulate molecular structure to endow them desirable functionalities in various electronic devices, covering four directions of transistors, thermoelectrics, photovoltaics and (bio)sensors. With the assistance of advanced measuring techniques, his work enables disclosing the interdependence of molecular structure-electronic property-electrical performance, which is beneficial to push the multi-scenario applications of organic semiconductors forward.
